Professional Information
Although it can be said the artist has spent the majority of his life working with paint this has been predominantly in a commercial setting. After leaving school at sixteen he joined the family sign writing business specialising in pictorial signs from the outset. He has worked for museums such as Beamish Open Air Museum and the Dean and Chapter.
Artistic Work
Although Harry has no formal artistic training he has painted throughout his life using a variety of mediums. He has taken commissions from America as well as the United Kingdom from both individuals and organisations. A recent commission of Ashridge College in Hertfordshire now has pride of place in the entrance of the college.
